END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License Grant

Appy Monkeys Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Lokko application ("Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software; (b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software; (c) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice of the Company or its affiliates.

3. User-Generated Content

The Software allows you to create levels, characters, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the Software and for promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all data, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

5. Early Access

The Software is currently in Early Access. Features may be limited, not present, or may not work as expected. All player inventory, content, and unlocks may reset when the game exits Early Access.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
